Factory

Welcome to our factory!
The heart of our mission: to preserve the benefits and properties of natural honey.

Our factory

We are located in the municipality of Aldeatejada (Salamanca), a town with a deep-rooted honey-making tradition in Spain.
Our factory, the most automated and industrialised in southern Europe, has a production
capacity of 16.500 tonnes per year.

In 2022, we expanded our factory to 15.000 m2 of impeccable facilities with more than 30 people dedicated body and soul that make it possible to combine the traditional honey production system with the latest technological innovations. We are currently incorporating a Scada data capture and visualisation system to digitalise our factory in real time with the aim of foreseeing possible stoppages and being able to carry out traceability, improving our production system

We have our own laboratory where we internally analyse part of our production with the latest technology, such as our Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) equipment, which allows us to guarantee the maximum quality of our honeys and speed up our honey analysis process.

In order to optimise our production times and guarantee the continuous availability of our raw materials, we manage an input warehouse with a capacity of 3.000 to 5.000 tonnes, distributed both on our premises and in transit, which allows us to guarantee sufficient stock for at least 6 months.

Our commitment to caring for the environment and sustainability means that our factory has solar panels on the outside and we are incorporating wind turbines in order to supply us with energy.

Packaging lines

Our packaging lines use tribloc (clean, fill and close) technology allowing us to automate our production process and increase our production output.

To ensure the exact weight of each of our products, our filling machines are equipped with a weight filling system that automatically controls the weight by means of a weighing scale

Packaging process

The first phase of our packaging process is the entry of the raw material into our factory.

Our raw material enters our packaging process in drums and our machines are responsible for tipping, cleaning and processing the honey in different tanks to provide the best final product.
