Para ser considerado um produto biol\u00f3gico, deve estar em conformidade com o protocolo exigido pela apicultura biol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o mel obtido nestes campos deve ter a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o correspondente que o garanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto significa que para que o mel seja considerado biol\u00f3gico, deve ser feito com n\u00e9ctar de flores livres de pesticidas e herbicidas. Al\u00e9m disso, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o utilizados antibi\u00f3ticos ou produtos qu\u00edmicos nas abelhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Caracter\u00edsticas-do-mel\">Caracter\u00edsticas do mel org\u00e2nico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O mel biol\u00f3gico tem muitas caracter\u00edsticas em termos de colmeias, a qualidade do mel, etc., que o diferenciam do mel convencional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>A localiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos api\u00e1rios<\/strong>: as colmeias org\u00e2nicas est\u00e3o localizadas longe das \u00e1reas urbanas, das \u00e1reas de cultivo extensivo, ou de qualquer lugar onde possa haver contamina\u00e7\u00e3o. Pelo contr\u00e1rio, situam-se geralmente em zonas selvagens ou montanhosas. Assim, os apicultores org\u00e2nicos ser\u00e3o capazes de garantir muito melhor a pureza do mel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Composi\u00e7\u00e3o da colmeia: <\/strong>as colmeias s\u00e3o feitas de uma forma completamente natural, ou seja, n\u00e3o devem conter quaisquer derivados do petr\u00f3leo ou qualquer outro produto que possa ser prejudicial para as abelhas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o das abelhas: <\/strong>Para obter a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de mel biol\u00f3gico, \u00e9 essencial que as abelhas se alimentem apenas do mel e do p\u00f3len que elas pr\u00f3prias produzem. Assim, as abelhas n\u00e3o podem ser alimentadas com glicose ou qualquer outro intensificador de sabor ou corante, uma vez que estes alteram o sabor final do mel e, ao mesmo tempo, perdem alguma da sua qualidade.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/maeshoney.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/miel-ecologica-2.jpg\" alt=\"mel org\u00e2nico\" class=\"wp-image-12455\" srcset=\"https:\/\/maeshoney.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/miel-ecologica-2.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/maeshoney.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/miel-ecologica-2-768x426.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Tratamento de pragas e doen\u00e7as: <\/strong>Os tratamentos naturais, tais como \u00e1cidos ox\u00e1licos, timol ou outros produtos ecol\u00f3gicos semelhantes, devem ser utilizados para qualquer praga ou doen\u00e7a, bem como durante tratamentos preventivos na colmeia. Nunca devem ser utilizados qu\u00edmicos, insecticidas e antibi\u00f3ticos, uma vez que estes seriam passados para o mel e subsequentemente para os seres humanos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Extrac\u00e7\u00e3o de mel org\u00e2nico:<\/strong> o processo de extrac\u00e7\u00e3o do mel \u00e9 sempre realizado a frio, \u00e0 mesma temperatura da colmeia, utilizando a t\u00e9cnica de decanta\u00e7\u00e3o. Para n\u00e3o perder as suas propriedades, o mel org\u00e2nico \u00e9 cuidadosamente filtrado, evitando a pasteuriza\u00e7\u00e3o do mel. Este \u00e9 um processo muito importante, pois \u00e9 aqui que os aromas e subst\u00e2ncias que caracterizam o mel org\u00e2nico s\u00e3o obtidos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Em qualquer caso, deve ter-se o cuidado de respeitar e seguir cuidadosamente todos os regulamentos existentes relacionados com a qualidade do mel.<br>Por conseguinte, o mel org\u00e2nico difere em muitos aspectos do mel convencional. Desta forma, qualquer pessoa ser\u00e1 capaz de o identificar facilmente apenas olhando para o log\u00f3tipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devemos ter em conta que o mel artesanal n\u00e3o \u00e9 o mesmo que o mel org\u00e2nico. Isto significa que um produto pode ser artesanal, mas n\u00e3o org\u00e2nico. Por esta raz\u00e3o, devemos ter o cuidado de n\u00e3o nos confundir ao comprar. Procure sempre o log\u00f3tipo que certifica que se trata de mel org\u00e2nico certificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mel-puro\">O mel puro \u00e9 o mesmo que o mel org\u00e2nico?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deve saber a diferen\u00e7a entre o mel puro e o mel org\u00e2nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mel puro \u00e9 o mel que foi produzido sem produtos qu\u00edmicos. No entanto, o mel puro n\u00e3o tem necessariamente de ser biol\u00f3gico, porque mesmo que o mel n\u00e3o seja processado, as abelhas podem ter sido tratadas com antibi\u00f3ticos para evitar que fiquem doentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por conseguinte, mel puro refere-se ao conte\u00fado do mel, mas n\u00e3o \u00e0 forma como foi obtido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"apicultura-biol\u00f3gica\">O que \u00e9 a apicultura biol\u00f3gica?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O objectivo da apicultura biol\u00f3gica \u00e9 produzir produtos de qualidade sem utilizar produtos qu\u00edmicos, antibi\u00f3ticos ou organismos geneticamente modificados.
