Esta variedade altamente aclamada, derivada do trabalho das abelhas, recebe v\u00e1rios nomes, e \u00e0s vezes pensamos que s\u00e3o diferentes tipos de mel. O mel de mil flores tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 chamado de mil flores, mel de flores, polifloral ou multifloral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qual \u00e9 o mel de mil flores, mil flores, 1000 flores, polifloral ou multifloral?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para definir o nosso principal produto, podemos dizer que o mel de flores \u00e9 aquela variedade feita pelas abelhas a partir do n\u00e9ctar das flores de v\u00e1rias esp\u00e9cies vegetais. A quantidade das referidas esp\u00e9cies vegetais \u00e9 de pelo menos duas, sem predomin\u00e2ncia de qualquer forma de p\u00f3len sobre qualquer uma das outras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diferen\u00e7as entre mel monofloral e mel de mil flores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma variedade diferente do mel de mil flores ou milflores \u00e9 o mel monofloral. A quest\u00e3o ent\u00e3o \u00e9: qual \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a entre ele e o tipo de mel que nos interessa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A origem composicional do mel monofloral em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s esp\u00e9cies vegetais corresponde a uma \u00fanica esp\u00e9cie de flor. Isso n\u00e3o quer dizer que esse tipo de mel n\u00e3o inclua n\u00e9ctar de nenhum outro tipo de planta ou flor, pois sendo um produto feito por animais, isso seria quase imposs\u00edvel. No entanto, uma esp\u00e9cie vegetal predomina sobre qualquer outra, o que faz com que esta variedade tenha um sabor diferente e reconhec\u00edvel, podendo caracteriz\u00e1-la e distingui-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns tipos de m\u00e9is monoflorais s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mel de laranja<\/li><li>Mel de ac\u00e1cia<\/li><li>Mel de alecrim<\/li><li>Mel de lavanda<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/maeshoney.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/miel-de-flores-2.png\" alt=\"polifloral miel de flores multiflores\" data-id=\"17847\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/maeshoney.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/miel-de-flores-2.png\" data-link=\"https:\/\/maeshoney.com\/miel-de-flores-2\/\" class=\"wp-image-17847\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Estes s\u00e3o apenas alguns exemplos, j\u00e1 que podemos encontrar pelo menos 300 variedades de mel monofloral no mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como \u00e9 feito o mel de mil flores?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para fazer este mel multifloral, as abelhas seguem o mesmo processo de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do mel monofloral, mas com a diferen\u00e7a de que, neste caso, o produto final \u00e9 o resultado do n\u00e9ctar que as abelhas coletam de uma infinidade de flores diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para saber se um mel foi feito com apenas um tipo de flor ou com mais de uma, os produtores de mel realizam uma s\u00e9rie de controles e an\u00e1lises para saber qual a porcentagem de flor que cada tipo de mel possui. Um fator do qual depende muito \u00e9 o local onde as colmeias s\u00e3o colocadas, al\u00e9m do tipo de flores que abundam na \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portanto, dada a grande variedade de flores, o sabor do mel multifloral pode variar consideravelmente, pois sempre depender\u00e1 do n\u00e9ctar da flor que cont\u00e9m, da \u00e9poca do ano e do local onde foi coletado. Como regra geral, os m\u00e9is colhidos na primavera tendem a ter um sabor mais suave, pois coincide com a flor do alecrim e outras esp\u00e9cies semelhantes. Existem variedades de mel que esses pequenos animais obt\u00eam de outras partes das esp\u00e9cies vegetais. Um exemplo disso \u00e9 o mel de carvalho ou azinheira. O mel com esta denomina\u00e7\u00e3o prov\u00e9m dos a\u00e7\u00facares que as plantas exalam progressivamente, depois recolhidos pelas abelhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro exemplo \u00e9 o do mel de abeto, feito atrav\u00e9s da melada. Para definir esta subst\u00e2ncia temos que fazer uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o primeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem dois tipos principais de melada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Melada \u00e0 base de plantas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal como acontece com o j\u00e1 referido mel de carvalho ou azinheira. Como resultado de uma grande quantidade de umidade no solo e altas temperaturas, as plantas geram tanta seiva que escorre de diferentes partes. Al\u00e9m do carvalho ou da azinheira, o sobreiro, o pinheiro, a t\u00edlia, o olmo ou o salgueiro s\u00e3o habitualmente produtores de melada, podendo gerar mel florestal. \u00c9 muito comum ver, especialmente no ver\u00e3o, como as bolotas secretam grandes quantidades de melada em forma de espuma que as abelhas coletam posteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Melada animal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Essas meladas s\u00e3o feitas por pequenos insetos, como pulg\u00f5es ou psylla, que se alimentam da seiva de \u00e1rvores e plantas. Eles consomem grandes quantidades de seiva para aproveitar seu teor de prote\u00edna e a\u00e7\u00facar e, em seguida, excretam uma parte que se acumula nas folhas e galhos.
