Het is rijk aan minerale zouten, aminozuren en vitaminen, maar ook aan fructose en glucose. Het zijn juist deze suikers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het absorberen van het water dat aanwezig is in de bovenste lagen van de huid. Wat betekent dit? Een gladde, glanzende en gehydrateerde huid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De natuurlijke enzymen in bijenhoning zorgen ervoor dat de honing gemakkelijk doordringt tot in de diepere lagen van de huid. Daarom zit deze heerlijke natuurlijke zoetstof in zo veel schoonheidsproducten. Het hydrateert, voedt en verzacht diep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een lepel honing op een schone, droge huid is voldoende voor een diep gehydrateerde huid. Laat het masker 15-20 minuten intrekken en spoel het af met koud water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noot: een theelepel olijfolie kan worden toegevoegd voor extra hydratatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Reinigt-de-huid\">Voordelen van honing: Reinigt de huid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een kleine hoeveelheid honing is genoeg om je huid schoon en vrij van mee-eters en mee-eters te krijgen. Dit is te danken aan de antiseptische, antioxiderende en antibacteri\u00eble eigenschappen van honing, die vuil en mee-eters van de huid verwijderen, waardoor een gladde en stralende huid ontstaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om de huid grondig te reinigen kunnen we verschillende maskers maken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Honing en kaneel:<\/strong> Je hebt alleen een lepel honing en een lepel kaneel nodig. Je kunt kurkuma toevoegen voor betere resultaten.<\/li><li><strong>Scrub met honing, suiker en citroen: <\/strong>Dit is een zelfgemaakte scrub met ongelooflijke eigenschappen voor de huid: hij is reinigend, antibacterieel en antioxidant. Het ontdoet zich van dode huidcellen en vermindert zelfs puistjes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Helende-wonden\">Voordelen van honing op de huid: Helende wonden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een ander voordeel van deze natuurlijke zoetstof op de huid heeft te maken met zijn ongelooflijke helende eigenschappen. Het is een natuurlijke vochtinbrenger en antiseptisch. Wat betekent dat? Het bevordert de genezing van de huid, elimineert ontstekingen en voedt beschadigde weefsels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoe maken we een zelfgemaakt masker om littekens te behandelen?
