Tout a commenc\u00e9 lorsque Manuela et Esteban.&nbsp; Les grands-parents du directeur g\u00e9neral actuel, C\u00e9sar Redondo, ont comenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se passionner par le monde apicole. Pour Manuela, il \u00e9tait essentiel de bien traiter un produit comme le miel natural. Pour Esteban, pouvoir continuer la tradition avec la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019innovation \u00e9tait un grand d\u00e9fi. Ils ensemble formait un couple de succes dans ce secteur.<br>C\u2019est pourquoi, depuis C\u00e9sar \u00e9tait petit ils ont comenc\u00e9 \u00e0 lui transmetre son enthousiasme par ce monde. C\u00e9sar aimait beaucoup aller avec ses grands-parents aux ruches. Et apprendre le proccessus complet pour r\u00e9ussir un miel de qualit\u00e9. Pour Cecilio, le p\u00e8re de C\u00e9sar, le monde apicole \u00e9tait une passion donc il voulait travailler. En quelque chose li\u00e9 au miel et il a decid\u00e9 de commercialicer du miel produit par eux m\u00eame. Lorsqu\u2019il a comenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en pot, C\u00e9sar a vu ce monde plus interessant que avant. Malgr\u00e9 il \u00e9tait un enfant encore, il n\u2019a pas hesit\u00e9 \u00e0 aider \u00e0 Cecilio toujours il \u00e9tait neccessaire alors ils ont install\u00e9 une petite usine de conditionnement \u00e0 Valero.<br>Ce n\u2019est pas arret\u00e9 l\u00e0 et d\u00fb au succes du miel commercialis\u00e9 par eux.&nbsp; Ils ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec d\u2019autres apiculteurs au dehors de la petite ville.&nbsp; En achetant plus de miel et pouvoir r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demand de miel qu\u2019ils avaient en ce momento l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019effort&nbsp; pour faire le miel arriver dans le monde entier<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019usine \u00e0 Valero a \u00e9t\u00e9 devenu petite, donc ils sont deplac\u00e9s juaqu\u2019\u00e0 Aldeatejada. En ayant plus de capacit\u00e9 de conditionnement et un entrep\u00f4t suffisamment grande pour y avoir tout le miel provenant de plus d\u2019autres apiculteurs \u00e0 chaque fois.<br>D\u00e9j\u00e0 dans le si\u00e9cle actuel ils sont deplac\u00e9s \u00e0 la nouvelle usine en ayant l\u2019objectif d\u2019\u00e9lever et de renfoncer la situation actuelle.<br>Alors avec la connaissance que Manuela et Esteban avaient sur la production du miel, l\u2019id\u00e9e de Cecilio de le mettre en pot et la preparation et l\u2019effort de C\u00e9sar pour faire le miel arriver dans le monde entier.&nbsp; Ils ont reussi que MAES HONEY est une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans le monde du miel pas seulement en Espagne.
