Une entreprise&nbsp;qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec le r\u00eave de Manuela et Esteban. Deux ma\u00eetres apiculteurs du sud de la province de Salamanque charg\u00e9s d\u2019inculquer les valeurs traditionnelles du miel \u00e0 leur petit-fils. C\u00e9sar Redondo, qui a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les honorer en cr\u00e9ant&nbsp;<strong>MAES Honey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quatre g\u00e9n\u00e9rations et la passion du miel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019effort, la&nbsp;<strong>constance<\/strong>&nbsp;et une&nbsp;<strong>tradition<\/strong>&nbsp;impliquant les&nbsp;<strong>quatre derni\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de la famille Redondo.<\/strong>&nbsp;Ce sont les cl\u00e9s qui, durant plus d\u2019un si\u00e8cle, ont permis \u00e0 l\u2019affaire familiale que constituait MAES HONEY de se transformer en&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019une des plus grandesexploitations apicoles d\u2019Espagne.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00c0 travailler pour prot\u00e9ger l\u2019ar\u00f4me naturel du miel.<br>&nbsp;<br>L\u2019histoire de&nbsp;<strong>MAES Honey<\/strong>&nbsp;na\u00eet en&nbsp;<strong>1910<\/strong>&nbsp;quand C\u00e9sar et Elena. Un couple modeste install\u00e9 dans le petit village de Valero. En pleine montagne de Salamanque, tombent amoureux du&nbsp;<strong>monde apicole.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;C \u2018est alors quand ils d\u00e9cident d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des ruches. Leur passion est telle qu\u2019ils parviennent \u00e0 l\u2019inculquer \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration suivante. Le couple form\u00e9 de leur fils Esteban et sa femme Manuela.
